My Loden Trench is also ‘In Process’ - ordered it on October 15th - it went to Backorder - then I called CS - they moved it to ‘In Process’ - and there it stays....

Mine shipped on the 20th & is now in Harrisburg.

The trench I ordered on Oct 15 is still In Process. So are three blazers I ordered on Oct 13. Beyond frustrated with these continual problems.

Yup, my two trenches are in still process.  My order was one of the ones that went to backorder and I had to call to get it back in process.  The two blazers I ordered afterwards have shipped.

My blazers shipped yesterday after 7 days and my trenches just shipped after 5 days. Seems my blazers coming from PA and one trench from PA and one from SC. Seems strange, but who knows these days.
Hopefully everyone gets what they ordered in a timely manner and will be delivered timely. Good Luck Ladies!!!

Both blazers ordered on the 13th along with whisper knit sweater and trench ordered on the 16th arrived today. Since they shipped from PA to me in MD it reduces shipping time once QVC finally hands off to UPS.  I do pay the annual UPS upgrade from USPS but never know if that helps or hinders.  It's maddening for sure waiting and waiting for orders.

My expresso trench shipped finally today. The drama is not over until I open the box and see the correct color and size that was sent!!

Mine left Ohio today....should be here tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.

With QVC I think it has something to do with the warehouse it ships from. Some stuff I get 2 days later and other stuff is in process for 5-6 days before it even ships.
