Dear BirkiLady. I do hang my crop cardigans on padded hangers. I also put rubber bands at each end tripling them. They work as grippers and keep things from sliding off. I also use them for tops with wide necklines and i have found it works well.You can also buy those things to put over your hangers to keep things from sliding off. Not sure what they are called, but they feel like soft thin foam and are shaped like a hanger.
