Leisure wear's wrinkles

I have just received my first linea leisure, the raglan sleeve tee.  I have hung up top and but all the wrinkles are still there a day later. What do I need to do? In addition the material (rubber like) is a mystery to me. Does the material change any with washing and wear?

Try tossing it into the dryer with a damp towel and then hang.  The rubber unless is the spandex and will not change with washing.
