Layering piece question

Would this top make a good layering piece under longer jackets or cardigans?  Are the sleeves fitted enough no to bunch up under long sleeves?

@Trudey . I have this in the black and really like it a lot!  It has elbow sleeves which I usually don't like but these are slim & fitted.  I think it will work well under a jacket or cardigan.

To my taste a swing top such as this would not be a good layering piece.

No.  I own this top and I would not wear it under a jacket or cardigan.

I think it depends on what you wear with it. I have worn it with a crop jean jacket and my long WK cardigan. I think it looks great. The top isn't so full that it's a problem. It just collapes against the body. A short shrug or bolero would work too.
