Just received my new jackets but the size is running smaller than the last shipment. The Magenta color is to die for. I don’t know what to do about sizing.

@fresh kitty

I'd suggest comparing your jacket to the click here measurements. There is a possibility that your jacket has the wrong size tag. It happens, and is a good place to start before an exchange or return. HTH.

I ordered a size 2, the same size as I got in the moto jacket from a few years ago. It was too small so I’m exchanging it for a 4.

Magenta is not a good color on me, but I still think it’s gorgeous! Did you get the WK dress to go with it? I thought the magenta outfit on Brenda was a knockout

Received the dark magenta leather jacket on Saturday. It is gorgeous! Unfortunatey, UPS left it at my door with the box mangled and totally ripped open! They did not even ring my door bell. I noticed I got an email alert of package delivery on my computer, that is how I knew to go look on my porch. My heart dropped to my feet when I saw the box. When i brought it in the house I was shocked the jacket was still there, intact in the sealed plastic bag. The invoice was just about shredded. Since it came from Florence, NC, maybe Flo had her way with my Q box!

Not to digress, this jacket is absolutely stunning! I usually take a M in Linea jackets, and i ordered the size 10 after much anguish going over the garment measurement chart. It fits perfectly in the shoulders, sleeve length, hips, all is good! I can't wait to plow through my Linea sweaters upstairs to see the styling possibilities.

I did contact the Q CS, about the arrival condition of my shipped jacket, but it is not their fault. Maybe they need stronger packaging materials! I am so thankful I received my jacket and it is beautiful.

Louis, please do a WK petite skirt in this dark magenta. Now that would be an amazing ensemble!

@TexasMom1

My heart skipped a beat when my blazers arrived too. One box was completely open with the contents exposed. Another was squashed almost flat but still taped. Fortunately, like yours, the garments were intact, without damage. It was obvious something very heavy had been stacked on these boxes. It's been a long, long time since I received pkgs in this condition. And it was sheets from HSN that'd arrived smashed and open. Nothing from the Q, that's usually the content that's damaged instead of the box.

I'm very glad to see your jacket arrived unscathed. I've been eyeing this magenta jacket. I have no outerwear in this shade. Never could wear it until my hair changed and my complexion became paler. I own last years Wine and that's what's holding me back. Great review and Enjoy yours in good health!

My Caramel is out for delivery today.

This is how the box with my Caramel jacket arrived today. Open again! This time it appears that the paper tape had only adhered strongly on one side of the center seam. Not sure why this is happening. Humidity?  Poor packing or both?

Review to follow.

Rochelle, I would post my picture of the box if I could figure out how to do it! LOL On my package the entire seam tape was split/ripped (not a clean cut)  down the middle and both flaps literally flapping in the breeze!

Hope you like your jacket! It sure is a winner! Just beautiful!

I hear you @TexasMom1, I can post a pic easily but haven't mastered providing a link or quote with my phone. One of these days...one of these days, lol too.

That paper tape has strings in it. Theoretically it should be strong yet you can see in my photo where the bottom portion of the tape was severed and hanging by a thread on the bottom right. Fortunately, the contents were safe. I wonder if the depth and large size of the box did not provide a stable surface in the packaging process. It crossed my mind a flatter box would've provided better leverage.
