Went out to dinner tonight to celebrate anniversary with Mr.JustJazzmom.

Wore the palm print maxi dress in the aqua color with the black eyelet jacket over it as it is in the low 70's here now. Wore 2028 Palm Beach earrings with matching bracelet. Makeup by Lancome the Spring Palette with the aqua blue shade as eye liner.

Re: LINEA-- It's September Styling With Linea!

Today I didn't have any appointments so I could be a little more casual at work. So, I wore dark slim leg jeans, Kork Ease short boots, the orange/burgundy Linea flame top with the swing WK cardigan in raspberry with an Isaac Mizrahi scarf and a Bronzo Italia necklace and rose gold hoop earrings. I came into the kitchen and DH eyed me from head to toe -- I thought he was going to comment on the 10 pounds I've lost -- but he looked me in the eye and said, "You're wearing Virginia Tech colors." Yes, my guy is a Hokie. He meant it as a compliment. I said, "I thought you were going to say something about my weightloss." And he said with a big grin, oh yeah, that, too .Gotta love the guy

I am in love with fleece at this time of year.  Nippy but bright and sunny.  Took dog to Vet early for bath, picked up dry cleaning, and returned library books.

Pink and taupe print fleece jacket (Liz Clariborne), LDO pure pink v-neck top, jeans, navy loafers (Van Eli), navy hobo bag (D&B), gold watch (Michele), hammered gold bangle (Saks), large gold hoops, tri color rings.

Re: LINEA-- It's September Styling With Linea!

Today, I wore the blue Linea tunic, the Linea silver Falling Leaves necklace and IMAN jeans.  When I got home with my groceries and got on the elevator, a lady commented about the top and necklace I was wearing.  She said if I ever decide to sell any of my flowy tops and necklaces, to give her a call.  I was surprised about her comment.  I haven't been sure about the Falling Leaves necklace (thought it was a bit much for me), but I'll be keeping it after the nice comments I received today.  I don't think I can wear the earrings, however, as they hang too far down for my taste.

Re: LINEA-- It's September Styling With Linea!

I can't believe it but the weather cooled off dramatically and it is breezy and in the 50's, so.....I wore the new plum Moto!  I wasn't even considering it yet, but realized as I was looking in the closet for a light jacket that this just might work, and work it did, perfectly.

Had on grey slim jeans (Jones NY), python neutral colors (greys, beiges) Clark's loafers, the grey scoop neck elbow length WK WW sweater from awhile back.  Threw on this jacket and WOW WOW!  It looked amazing.  I added the silver falling leaf earrings, silver Ripka chronograph watch, some amy and silver rings, and my grey Saffiano Dooney zip zip satchel.  I felt so comfortable and it looked amazing.

I also wore bright cherry  lipstick (sumptuous pink by Estee Lauder) and that really worked with the greys and plum.

This jacket is amazingly comfortable.  It has nothing that bugs me (like a collar hitting my face, or sleeves that are baggy, or whatever.  I felt like I had been wearing it for years, so soft and easy, and part of that is because of the knit sleeves and inset panels.  I had actually quit wearing leather jackets, so am very happy to have one I know I'll wear a lot.

BTW, this plum color looks wonderful with just about every WK sweater I have, from berry to teal, ivory, alabaster and grey, black and imperial violet.  It's the perfect neutral.  I even tried it with navy and worn with inky navy it looked like chocolate or dark raisin.  So rich.
