Finally my printed tops and skirts in the red and black shipped yesterday.  If I get it in time for church on Mother's Day I'll be shocked but I have plenty of other options.

The items I ordered on 4/25 arrived yesterday. Glad to finally get them, but geez. Talk about slow shipping!

Yes, it's not just Linea orders that are in processing forever.  And you can't cancel during these long delays either!

Shipping for Linea has always been exceedingly sloooooooow, with a few surprising and delightful exceptions, but this is getting to the point of absurdity compared to even HSN which sent me a lovely summer blazer in under 5 days.

I ordered two Linea items on the 5th (before I ordered the HSN blazer) and they are still in processing. 

I don't need them immediately as summer is not in sight where I live, and spring is not really here either, and I am living in trench coats. 

But still, I hate the wait, and in the past many times I did cancel orders that were not going anywhere.

The Linea order that arrived and was a Susan Graver item not Linea was reordered by the CS operator and it too is still sitting there.

It is no wonder sales are down.  I don't watch QVC  live on tv anymore except to tune in especially to see a few shows like Linea. 

It used to be calming, a bit entertaining, and fun to have on in the background, but as I don't ever do that now with all the changes in how they sell things, hosts, etc., I don't order much at all.

Different QVC warehouses must be more efficient than others.  Sometimes I receive QVC products within two days - other times they are in process for 4 days prior to shipping. Once they actually ship I get them quickly!

I placed three orders on April 24.

- One, the new Linea jacket in Turquoise, shipped April 26.

- The second Linea order shipped on April 27.

- The third Linea order is still "in process."

I haven't received a confirmation that the mis-sized turquoise jacket I returned (I ordered size 6 and was sent size 22W); however, tracking information shows it has been received.  Right after that, the second order I placed for a size 6 turquoise jacket went from wait list to process.  Now I'm wondering if I'll be sent the same size 22W jacket I returned.
