I just noticed that the J358185 4-Strand Pave Bead neacklace is available in Black. That color was the first one that sold out.

It’s do pretty but bad reviews. Many received broken suggesting poor quality thread.

I received two. One was fine the other broken. I had Louis' company restring it and I think they did a much better job. So far so good.

@Marlyn1  I guess I spoke too soon. My black necklace arrived broken. I want to send it to Louis' company to get it restrung, like you did. I have their address. What did you include in the package to them?

I sent a check for $7.50 made out to TCJC LLC for return shipping and a short letter saying I am a QVC customer and what happened to the necklace, broken string.

No, no receipt is required.  I've had a couple of pieces replated and the workmanship and CS was excellent.

They are all on wait list again. I have to say the necklace I had restrung is done well.

I know I'll be criticized for this, but I don't think you should have to pay to have a necklace you received broken - restrung.
