I Just Spoke with Corporate Customer Relations re: no new Whisper Knit or reorders

[ Edited ]

Gals, I called Corporate and left a message and they called me back 4 minutes later. I explained to the woman about the lack of Whisper Knit reorders and our great dismay at this, except for the one sweater.  She sent over my complaint to the Linea buyers and told them to look at the Forum as well where we are discussing this issue.

I know it is too late for this season orders, but I told her that we also expect WKs in the Spring--short sleeved and sleeveless, etc, and hopefully it is not too late for that.

Call the main switchboard at 484 701-1000 and ask for Corporate Customeer Relations. Leave your name and number and ask them to call you back. Again, if you don't get a live person, leave the message and they will call you back.

I told her I was a very good QVC/Linea customer---and she knew that because she had pulled up my account--she saw all the Whisper Knits I had ordered! I told her it was pretty much the favorite Linea fabric and we all look forward every year to adding to our collections, year round.

Finally, I mentioned that it made no sense to us to be offereing a Fall Blazer as the BiG Deal and no coordinating Whisper Knit sweaters, especially Turtlenecks--for that classic Fall look! A huge miss!

So, go ahead and make your calls!!!

would have loved to have seen some new whisper knit pieces, especially scarves again! also interested in cowl necks or more open necked items. i guess i can go back and buy some pieces that are still in inventory in colors that i dont already own.

i would not be interested in turtlenecks at all. i am just not a turtleneck person. they are too constricting for me.

@Maxine49 Thank you so much for the number to call!  It makes no sense to me either about not re-ordering the WK, especially the turtlenecks.  Do you think a thread should be started as well?  A lot of people will write and complain on it than call to complain.

Thank you Sheesh for the phone # and for making the call.
I just don’t understand the Buying Team and their budgets. With Linea there always seems to be such a limited budget - and always the decision between a re-order OR a new Item!
Whisper Knit is a staple in my wardrobe - I wear it all year round. The cropped cardigan pretty much sold out yet it was not reordered - I purchased all 4 colours and an extra Black! I wear them even in the summer when running in and out of air conditioned buildings and cars.

The Whisper Knit Skirts should have been reordered but were not!

And yet, when you look at other Brands, for example there’s a current Big Deal for Leggings - in Regular, Petite and Talk - out of a possible 135 colour/size options only 15 have sold out! The rest will sit in inventory.
My request to the Q - MORE LINEA WHISPER KNIT PLEASE!

I would buy more whisper knit even though I have many, many now.  Why are they always cutting back on the Linea line?

I was never fond of turtlenecks until I tried the whisper knit. A wk turtleneck is my favorite during the winter and each year I look forward to new colors.

@Maxine49

YOU GO GIRL!

The squeaky wheel gets the grease!

Years ago, QVC was gonna drop the Linea line, until all of his customers revolted, LOL!

They did end up keeping Louis and his line, so that shows that we can get them to hear our voices, but we need to take it to the top, corporate.

Thank you for giving us the phone #'s!

Did call. Note first # not working. 2nd is, left message.

Whisper knit is my favorite fabric on QVC, feels and looks very silky and high quality.

That's weird because the first # is the number that showed on my phone when Corporate called me back!!!

So use the 2nd # and ask the operator to put you through---that's how I got through.
