How to write to Louis?

I would like to send Louis a request, how do I do so? Does he have a Facebook page? 

I love the 3 tiered boho skirt and find it much more flattering than the 4 layer ones he designs. I would love to see the same solid colors in the 3 tiered that he makes in the  4 tiered.
