Someone said they called CS & there's an issue at the SC or NC warehouse??? My Linea items usually ship from Lancaster, PA or CA.
I've had problems recently even getting returned items credited. I wonder if the same warehouse is responsible. Takes forever and I always have to call CS.

The shirts are the only items I ordered from the last show and mine are still "in process" since 3-20-19??

One thing I will never ever use again is their smart return label.
Remember me receiving the dill necklace set instead of the ice? It took a month for it to be returned back to Florence, SC!
Fortunately C/S refunded my CC after less than 14 days.
The smart return label isn’t a convenience.

I really can't believe HOW LONG it takes QVC to ship items, any items not just Linea. This is the only company that I have to wait so long. I ordered from Chewy and Amazon and got my items in two days!. The only reason I got my lace pant waas because I ordered it early.

Just checked this morning, my white is still in process,but the blue now says backordered?! and I have received no notification/clarification from the Q!

Clarika, that's crazy since every size is avail. You should call customer service and ask what's going on!?

@clarika I ordered mine on 20th just checked it was shipped today 27th thank goodness! Mine was the blue one - very disappointing for you hope you get your order soon.
