Re: Does anybody have Jac Dell'Olio's stolen recipe?

Thank you ladies for posting this recipe!  I have never made this and was intrigued when Louis recently posted about making it.

I have always liked to cook and bake, but have been doing more of it with COVID now.  I made a light fruitcake recipe from King Arthur Flour's blog and everyone loved it.  I will try @JustJazzmom 's dark fruitcake recipe as that is the kind my grandfather always made.  It's going to be a long winter and I see a lot of cozy days of baking ahead!  I just want things to feel normal again.

Love and hugs Linea Ladies!

Re: Does anybody have Jac Dell'Olio's stollen recipe?

@mam2fourboys  Is the only difference between light vs. dark fruitcake the type of brown sugar used? Light vs. the dark brown sugar? Could you post the King Arthur Flour blog link for the light fruitcake? I want to compare theirs with my recipe.
