I don’t trust the whole exchange process. Yes, it saves on shipping, but it takes too long and there’s a risk of what you want selling out!

I agree it doesn't work so well with Linea sell outs. What I do...I call CS after I've ordered the replacement and before I return the original & ask for a price adjustment. The CS rep then puts a note in my account that the item is an exchange.

First time I asked, the rep pushed back & told me that's not the way the exchanges worked. But, once I explained the "sellout" issue, she understood the dilemma.

I have to update my review on this dress. Originally, I thought I could live with the short length, but at the end of the day, it's not going to work. It's not for everyone--if you are tall (I'm 5'9") it likely will be above your knee. I loved the fabric & style so much that I tried to talk myself into keeping it. But, I came to my senses after trying it on yesterday to wear it out to lunch & decided it was a no-go & would just sit in my closet unworn. Like some women, I prefer my dresses to fall mid-knee, at least. You can't win them all! I will be enjoying my maxi dresses, tho.

Received my reorder of the denim indigo dress in regular length, medium today and it is perfect! I did size up to a medium from a petite small. The length is right at my knee, maybe mid knee and the shoulder and bust are just fine. I like the extra room in my hips. It looks great with a Brighton belt or just left alone. Not baggy at all. This is the ideal length for my height of 5'4" with fairly short legs. The dress is so  comfortable, it feels like a dream. Love the sleeve length and the finish with the ties.
I just washed it in cold water, delicate cycle,  and it came out beautifully. I tossed it in the dryer for a few minutes, and then hung dry; If you want a crisper finish you could iron it. I like the softness of the material and this lends itself to being just about wrinkle free.
