Hi all: am I the only one whose not getting the "click here" page to come up? It's really annoying and has been going on for awhile....talked to customer service and they did the usual "we'll look into that" which doesn't mean a lot. Just wondered if it's my issue only or across the board? They should realize it puts a damper on impulse buying 😄!!

I've noticed it on my IPad using Safari as the browser. I'll have to check desktop with Firefox browser. i've been able to get them to load using Firefox browser.

@dodies. Change to a different browser temporarily. There's an incompatibility issue between QVC and Safari.

@dodies It happens to me occasionally using both Safari and Chrome browsers. If I clear out my cache/cookies, I'm able to access it again.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will give them a try. God forbid I can't get into my frenzy Linea buying! I'm always afraid Louis will decide to retire so I need to "stock up", right? Right?.

I think Louis is leaving QVC. I believe I read that here this week. I was disappointed as I like his line in clothing. I have some jewelry of his also.

@Sunshine Kate ... I read the same thing that Louis is leaving QVC .... i don’t know exactly when but it’s soon😢

There were several items that were up for waitlist (those early waitlist that come and go) and when I wrote to Louis about them, he said that they were not ordered. In other words they were cancelled. My guess there will not be a a spring collection.
