They can't get them shipped because our highways are flooded and we are in a critical state. Please understand the stress we are under!!!

My black blazer and pants had been "in process" until this afternoon...now status says "Backorder".

 

It is unacceptable to me that QVC hasn't sent me an email telling me why.  What, they can't count?  If the hurricane destroyed the inventory, they should tell me.  Whatever the reason, they should tell me.

I ordered the black blazer in size 12 yesterday when it was in stock.  Today my order status said it was backordered.  I checked the item status this evening and the Q website showed it still in stock.  I called Customer Service to inquire about my order status.  The woman I spoke with checked the item and put my order back into "in process" status.  She said there must have been a system problem.  I suggest that anyone who has a question about a backordered item should call Customer Service if the website still shows that the item is in stock.  Good luck!

I never wear jeans, but I ordered Linea's jeans.  Got wrong size so returned them for smaller size.  Finally got them and they were a perfect fit including the length (which doesn't happen often for me).  I ordered another pair in correct size in a different color; order was in process then went to backorder.

I’ve been on the phone daily for the past 3 days dealing with items still in stock & my order going to ‘backorder’. But each time C/S changes it back to ‘in process’ it pushes back the delivery date.

I have tried this at least 4 times now - on both colors of pants and the port blazer.  Right now they are all backordered and the blazer and both pants are showing in stock (not waitlist).  Do I change all three again?   This is ridiculous.

I sure wish we could get a straight answer on this issue.  I received emails today regarding he blazer and pants that flipped over to backorder...just the form letter about if they can get additional inventory, etc.  

 

But one of the blazers is on waitlist, yet shown as available online. I went ahead and reordered and then called CS.  She had no explanation but guessed that my new order will go on backorder and suggested I not delete my waitlist order until I see if the new order ships.

 

One would think a computerized inventory system keeps track of inventory, yet that clearly is not the case with Linea items.  This new hurricane is not the cause of this problem which has gone on over time when it comes to Linea inventory.

Just received an e-mail from the Q stating they did not have my black jacket in stock and that they would try to get more from manufacturer.  Otherwise, my order would be cancelled.  This irritates me to no end because they are still showing my size 12 as available. So frustrating.

Add me to the Twilight Zone backordered list.  After reading all the fab reviews of the blazer I bought one on my CC in Mushroom last night, size 10.  This morning it says backordered, even though it's listed as being in stock... there are at least 5 because I put 5 in my cart just to see if maybe they only had 1 or 2.   I just called CS & she said maybe they can't find the item in the warehouse, good grief!

I originally ordered the suit on Sept 6, so thats before the storm hit and my orders go from in process to backorder everyday with it showing that it is in stock. I stopped checking several days ago and CS is no help. Don't really know what the issue is, they probably got flooded at the warehouse and the roads are flooded to get them shipped, I really don't think I will get my items. It will be a surprise if they do ship. Not worried about it, just pray that the hurricane victims recover.
