I often refer back to my previous purchases (almost all Linea items). In the past some years 2013-2018 for example will say" you have no orders" even though I certainly do. That is very annoying. But Today according to QVC I have no orders before 2021! 
Customer service could not give me an explanation..if this is a permanent situation i will be very unhappy.

Yes, I have been watching that.  A few weeks ago I noticed my orders were online from 2019 through 2021.  Now all are gone except 2021.

There is one return for 2019 and 2020. It might be because they need the space, similar to how we clean out clutter to free up space on our hard disks.  Other than that, I don't know.

I'm not having that problem. I wonder if it makes a difference what device you use.

I can view prior years orders, am using iPhone. 
I do have gaps and do not feel I see all orders, but 2019/2020 are listed.

I show purchases going back to April 2019 and then the last one shown is from December 2005!!!!  Nothing in between.

That is pretty much what i see, a few very old - big gap until 2019. 
To be honest, with the amount of data and changes an organization is likely to make to their computer systems, one should not expect to be able to view years and years of history.

I entered Linea in the search field and found about 6 items, the oldest from 2011!  There are gaps, though. I bought plenty of Linea items, much more than 6.

Some of my order history is gone also.  It is irritating to me. I took a look for an item I purchased and it was not there.
