It clearly says that it's a tank dress with eyelet trim on clearance.

I DID click on it and it doesn't even come with a shrug, nor is a shrug even mentioned.

@Pearlee   No apology needed.  I just wondered if you meant to post a different link, in which case I was just asking for that reason.  Sometimes I post the wrong link and people ask which reminds me that I got it wrong.
