What are the odds i will get this, and when?  Unlike a waitlist item there was no info about "backorder".

It's A394178.  I don't understand why it went to backorder.  I ordered the blue in a medium and it still shows as available.

Items going into "backorder" has been a huge subject here, but since yours is still in stock, I'm thinking this might be a system glitch.  Someone must be asleep at the switch as far as correcting these issues we keep seeing.  

One of my orders was cancelled when it was still in stock.  I reordered it...all went well.  Two days later a second new order for the item appeared besides my reorder, but the first order remained cancelled.  ????

I had this happen a couple of times. Unless you got free shipping (or a special price) I'd cancel your backordered one and order again. I think QVC has some system glitches and too many backordered items end up being cancelled.

Hi @Shawnie This item has been offered for months, and shouldn't be in "backorder".  I remember because I thought about ordering it.  If you look at the reviews, the first ones date back to February, confirming that this has been offered for months.  I had it in my shopping cart, and then kept it for a while in my saved items before deciding not to buy.  I saw it almost sell out, then come back, which to me means they are offering the few units that didn't sell, the sales that were never completed and returns, because they wouldn't be bringing in new stock that fast.  I have seen QVC use the word "backordered" for items that were on clearance.  I just think this is their new term for items they just don't have in stock.  Since this is an old item, you are basically waiting for a return.  So you may get it, or you may not.

I think they use the term waitlist for order QVC thinks they will be able to fulfill.  Backorder on an old item is bad news.  On a new item, it could be that the stock hasn't arrived yet.  I just don't think that is true here.  I don't think this is an item they are expecting a new shipment on, just maybe a return.

Just my opinion based on my experience.
