Golly.  Wonder how that will look on a hippy girl like me.

Adorable .... but already I foresee many gals referring to this style as a tutu.

It sort of remeinds me of A284291 only it has pockets & 3/4 sleeves which I like better for spring.  I also like the ruffle better on the 3/4 sleeve one too.

I have a very short torso so this would be just fine on me.  The ruffles would fall low enough and I LOVE long sleeves....BUT

it is just kinda plain for the money.

I am a 'winter' and look best in brights and deeps.  I wish Lori would use colors other than pastels in her line.  All her colors are soft and muted and IMHO best suited for 'summers' and 'springs'.

Some of her newer prints work for me, but her solids other than black are washed out on my skin tone.

I just don't need another black sweater even though I like it. (said trying to talk myself OUT of a purchase!  LOL)

@RespectLife  Lori's mystic teal / blue spruce (two close colors) and claret are brighter and more saturated colors, as is pomegranate.  Keep your eye out for those.

@RespectLife I also have a short torso and the ruffle falls low enough on me that it looks fine (I received my pre-order on Saturday). I can see how women who have a regular-to-long torso and are hippy might not be pleased with this top.

It's not a sweater, it's a cotton slub top. But I take your point about the colors. I'm a winter and I got the pink one. It works for me, but I do usually gravitate to brighter colors. LOGO has them every now and then and I snap them right up!

@aprimo

Thanks for your review!  I'm shaped kinda like a short tree trunk...no curves, no hips but I do have very long legs.  I love wearing Lori's tops with leggings or skinny jeans.  I am pretty sure this TSV would work just perfect for me.

I just ordered the black tank with the ombre chiffon bottom, A258917.  So for sure, I 'might' need to pass on this one...LOL

As pearly and you mentioned...I will watch more closely for brighter, more saturated colors.

What I wouldn't give for a bright, yet deep, blue cobalt !  LOL
