Does anybody size up from their legging size when buying Logo pants? My Logo legging size is xs and I'd like to try some pants, but have them not as form-clinging as the leggings. Is that already addressed in the design of the pants? Thanks for your advice.

I find that most Logo pants run true to size or even a little large.  If you are XS, read the reviews and you should be able to tell whether to order XS or XXS.
