@Pjcab I completely agree with your post. I love my black one and would definitely buy it in other colors (although I already have it in one other color - the purple color it used to come in - it's lovely and looks different from the black).

My theory on why this TSV was so short, which is also the same theory as to why it came with only a hook and eye closure at the top (unlike ours, Pjcab, which has lovely mother of pearl buttons) --- because the Rayon 230 fabric is more costly than the rayon-span and QVC probably wanted to bring in a TSV at the price point of other cardis - under $50 - so they skimped on the fabric (shorter length) and buttons.

By the way, Shawn drove me nuts during the 10:00 pm show repeating two things. One is that the TSV, being shorter, is like a jacket. Huh? My jackets are longer than waist length, as was the color-block jacket she kept raving about. Now that is jacket length, not the TSV cardi. The other thing I didn't like was her always talking about the sale price garments by saying, "This was originally $80 (for example) with shipping tax included" but then ignoring that S&H and tax would also be tacked onto the sale price. Ugh, it doesn't work only one way Shawn. That was really misleading about pricing.

So did anyone buy anything on TSV day?

@Pearlee Nope...nothing for me. I really like the new dress but since I rarely wear dresses I passed on it. The only LOGO I've purchased lately has been the new joggers (A343826) which I absolutely love, and both the colors in the lavish cotton slub embroidered jacket (A299625) that are on clearance. I'll get so much use from these this spring and summer.

@divine I have both colors in that Lavish jacket and love them both. It looks very different in the two different colors and I esp. like the copper one for fall. I think you will love them and will get many compliments on them! (I think they are better than anything in the shows yesterday, so good choices on your part).

Speaking of the dress, which I like (but I don't wear dresses much either so at that price I passed; plus the top it was based on didn't fit right -- too large in my regular size med. so I returned): Did anyone else catch that Shawn asked Lori whether she ever shows her legs and Lori said no, but then when they were presenting the dress Lori said she wears dresses like this and will wear this one all summer with sandals. Well, then she must show her legs! Busted in a sales pitch!

@Pearlee Yes, I did notice what Lori said about not showing her legs and then she said she'd wear dresses with sandals. Maybe she means she'll wear dresses with leggings and sandals? Who knows?

BTW, I just noticed that the lavish embroidered jacket is on sale ofr $37.98. Great price! I paid $47.48 for mine. I wonder if I can call and get the reduced price on mine? One of them hasn't even arrived, yet. And I haven't even worn the cloud cream one that just arrived the other day.

@divine If it's within the 30 days from when you ordered the cardis, you can get a refund of the price difference (not the tax).

And no, from the way I heard what Lori said, she didn't mean she'd wear the dresses with leggings because of what she said (I thought that at the time -- she said she'd wear dresses like the model was WITH leggings but also she would wear dresses on the beach with sandals and it sounded to me like she was saying she'd wear the dresses another way too besides with legging. Busted!

I agree with you about what she said about wearing dresses with sandals. I really don't see anyone wearing a dress with leggings and sandals at the beach! LOL!!!

@Pearlee mmmm never thought of that, that it was shorter due to price of material. Could be.

I really wish Lori would bring. Back some of her earlier pieces like the older cardigan we both love. I have the black and the dusty pink.

I didnt buy anything yesterday, haven't for awhile...nothing has grabbed my eye.

@Pearlee, @divine I agree @Pearlee I too love that jacket. I have it in the cloud cream and just ordered the copper rose at that great price. Good to hear you feel they look very different in the two colors.

@Biftu So happy you are getting the copper rose one too - I really think you will like it a lot and yes, they look different in the different colors. And it's nice to have one for more fall colors. Do let me know what you think of it when it arrives.

I thought the TSV was pretty, but nothing that I need at the moment. I'm surprised that it didn't sell very well. Maybe it's the time of year? I noticed all colors and sizes are still available today.
