It looks like LOGO and probably is since it is being shown with LOGO pants. Look on the LOGO website on the QVC website.

Thanks @Pearlee, it's not in the September Lookbook, so I thought maybe it was something old, and I think you know this line better than I do.  I did of course check availability online before asking.  Maybe coming up next month.
