To discuss the LOGO orders I placed (during the technical difficulties), and that unfortunately all the items were no longer in stock.  The CS rep was very courteous and I told her I appreciated the call and not to worry.  I am sure there will be other deals and I can wait.  I hope there will be fewer technical problems in the future.

I'm sorry that happened. I placed an order last Saturday when the system was down. Then I called CS on Monday about something else and asked about online orders that were placed on Saturday. She said if you didn't get a confirmation number when you placed the order that it likely disappeared.

@devababy, it is disheartening that your items are no longer in stock.  How nice for CS to call and let you know, and how nice that you are so gracious about the circumstances.

Sorry you didn't get your items, but it's nice you received a call.  The way I look at it, the next thing that comes along will turn out better.

Yes I know how frustrating that can be to anyone.

I had posted that the time I placed an order with tax "to be determined later" never did get placed.  What made it worse this time IMO for the OP is Amy telling everyone to use automated ordering as the way to go.  No, that was the way to lose an order and think you placed it when you didn't.

I placed a couple of orders (not Logo) that did not go through, however I checked them early the next morning and placed them again.  I was glad I did because one Linea item sold out shortly afterwards.

I got a call from Customer Service too informing me of the Logo tank (that was the last order of the year) I ordered did not go through and there was not any available inventory.  I checked after the Logo show, and the tank I wanted in the size and color was already sold out so I assumed since there were technical difficulties that everyone had the same problem so my order would go through.  How did the others get through??

I think the Logo items that sold out during that show SHOULD be reordered and rushed so our orders can be fulfilled.

Although I was kind to CS, I believe either they should order the items and put us on waitlist or give us $5 credit or something.  That is why Amazon is growing and growing.  They really do have great CS.
