@Pearlee I'm glad to see that you plan to stay around even if you decide to stop buying!
I understand your frustration with CS & sizing issues. I've found myself returning almost as much as I've been buying since sizing can often be off. Yet I continue to buy since I just don't like to shop in stores which I find to be exhausting.

@Cumbercookie13 the outets were a main source for my LOGO- but they've become slim pickins. Some are in questionable shape too
but my main 'grrr' was the last couple visits LOGO was excluded from the stores percentages off! ![]()

@Ibby114 Oh, that's interesting! Anyway, I don't live near an outlet and have never been to one. No plans to go either.
The fact is, I don't need any more clothes - and haven't in years! ![]()

Pearley, i feel almost the same way. I am so tired of the defective items especially in Logo. I cant believe that am the choosen one so often to get defective items. At the prices of Logo which i love and have far to much but cant help it. I get so many. So i dont believe i am the only person. I got the famous letter about returns and then my question to them "do you have the number of defective items that were return". They said no. Well, i told them that the sizes are on consistant and the defective are pretty much for the returns and the the Q needs to step it up on QA. I have been in QA positions before so i know what goes on. They seemed to not want to listen except to ask me how i could shop better to reduce the returns. Hello, i am not the problem here. they didnt want to listen. I then called again and wanted to speak with someone regarding that letter and wanted to see what they were going to do for the Customers. I know if i get that many defectives others must also. I just want and EXPECT the quality of expensive clothes. I know what I spend and I could spend it else where and get quality products. I just found the line I love and normally fits. that is an iffy.
I have had pretty good customer service and they usually help. I have not had an issue with that.
Then there is the word FRESH, i could scream when i hear that. Dont take me wrong, i do like my Logo but i am getting tired of the same cuts, just differnt lace, etc. Most are an A line cut and some have way to much material and alot just makes people think of materinty top. I am a small person 5ft, 118 so most of the clothes are s or xs.
I have several items on the way so i am wondering how many will work out and are keepable. Last week i had 7 items and will be retuning 4. Another Defective LOGO top brand new item and the pocket on the side is not sewn correctly and pulls and bunches up A290214.
Funny that you are feeling the same way, I can feel and understand how you are frustrated and disgusted.
I enjoy your post and always look forward to reading them and getting a feel of items from Logo.

I don't think that I have the discipline to watch, and not buy, although I don't buy from every show.I didn't watch the Saturday show, but plan to watch tonight. I do like the Logo that I already have, but really how many clothes can one person wear? I remember going through the same thing when Quacker Factory was introduced. My main frustration with QVC and Logo is receiving returned items. I never experienced this with other clothing lines at QVC.

@Tissyanne I plan to watch the Princess Diana show tonight that starts at 8:00pm (see my post in the TV forum) and not LOGO, unless the Diana show is not worthwhile.
I plan to look at the revew of tonight's LOGO show. As I keep posting, I'm still interested in her clothes and the line. Not so interested in doing business with QVC.

@Pearlee, I do understand your intent to remain interested in Logo, and continuing to be involved in this forum. I was just stating how I feel personally. You contribute a great service here to all of us, and QVC. Not everyone has your ability or dedication to provide expert advice. You continue to teach me what to look out for, and your advice has never let me down. Because of you I have learned to navigate through so many obstacles.

@Pearlee, I think it will be hard to review any new items out there if you haven't tried them yourself. Are you considering NOT ordering anymore LOGO at all? I do consider you an authority on this line. So material and shape ( size) are where I will look to you for continued advice.
What I am thinking and correct me if I am wrong, is this line will play itself out eventually. It will be in tune with other brands on QVC- Quacker Factory, Denim &CO and the like. It's still very popular, but even you have said it's more rare to have things sell out anymore and if we are patience can pick up as -is or on clerarance. As I read, many viewers are tapped out on the pricing too. Me included. To have longevity is rare and frankly when I see Lori's things these days- they are versions of the same concept.
Your topic has gotten many of us thinking or re - thinking our own spending and for that I applaud you.
Enjoy a different show tonight. I don't ever watch LOGO live- I record it..
Happy you are staying on the message boards.

@violet runner I certainly wouldn't review items I haven't purchased. However, I could still give my thoughts on new items even if I'm not buying them (i.e. how I commented last week to Biftu about a crochet cardi looking more for older people and like a Joan Rivers piece, or looking at where a waistline falls on a dress if you are contemplating it but are a petite, etc.). Yes I am contemplating not buying anything from the Q which would include LOGO but haven't made any decisions yet. I don't know how this will all work out in the future. I did not watch LOGO tonight though so I wasn't even tempted by anything. As my thread title says, I'm contemplating it and that's the truth - I don't have anything more to add to that. Thank you for your kind words in the rest of your post. And you also @Tissyanne
Since I am so fed up with QVC, I plan to visit more B&M stores in my area, including a boutique I really like but haven't been to in a while. Three other of the boutiques I have liked closed during this past year. But I need to shop more locally since I don't think QVC is very customer-oriented any more. I am really ticked that you can't get to talk to a supervisor any more; they are just too "busy."
