Re: Bought it last year, wearing it today ...

I'm betting you'll get compliments. 90 here today, but since you're going out in much cooler weather, I think it's perfect.

@Kachina624

Just got home!

It's a woven fabric, 100% cotton.  It's a nice summer weight.

Really well made.

(I had it on my wish list for the longest time and when it hit the lunchtime specials .... I grabbed it.)

It's a very "happy purchase."

Picture is not very good, hard to tell what it's like.  Is it a knit?  So much fun having a bountiful closet where you find little "surprises".

@sunshine45

I prefer turtlenecks. I have a long thin neck and like how I look with a turtleneck (or a scarf).

I "discovered" turtlenecks in 1963 in a small local "dry goods" store in the neighborhood, and have been wearing them ever since!

I have lots of scarves and lots of turtlenecks.

(My late husband couldn't stand anything near his neck.  If he had to wear a tie, he was in absolute agony.

i cannot do turtlenecks even in the dead of winter anymore.

for me, i would do a tank or a camisole probably.

your outfit sounds lovely @ALRATIBA !

yes, finding "new treasures" in our own closets is so much fun. Smiley Happy
