would you accept an order of steaks.........

........that were left on the UPS truck overnite? They were out for delivery yesterday and not delivered,I was at home when the UPS guy came but he did not deliver the steaks,now they are out for delivery again today.

Should I refuse delivery? ( BTW---It is very warm here in Jersey.)
