OH baby!!! I just put a 5 lb. whole chicken in my 5 qt. pressure cooker this morning and added water, clipped my fresh herbs growing on my deck---I used dill, rosemary, chervil parsely, oregano, bay leaf and a litte mint and threw in some alderwood smoked salt with pepper; closed it up and cooked on high for 50 minutes. It came out amazing and the flavor is so good with just a slight hint of the mint!!! The stock is crazy good too .I am cooking dinner meals for my brother for 2 weeks and will use the chicken in pasta alfredo and in a greek lemon orzo soup. I LOVE MY PRESSURE COOKER!!!!!
