@cindyNC --I tip pretty good and yes, the tip is included on the receipt. I can add to that tip after delivery is made. If my shopper/delivery person does a good job and lets me know while they are shopping about any issues, I usually tip a few $ more--plus for those dang stairs---but--I can't cancel a tip, which I would have done in this instance. If you report stuff like this, you will get your $$ back.

@Flatbush @wagirl   This was a delivery from Walgreens.  I texted back directions to the house, then turned down my cell volume and was reading in bed.  Next thing I heard was honking.  It happened several times.  Thought it was from the TV in the living room - the BF was snoozing on the sofa. We both have hearing issues. 

Next thing our neighbor was ringing out doorbell and said their was a lady in our driveway repeatedly honking her horn as she had a package to deliver and she didn't know where to put it............ Walgreens sent me a survey about the delivery.  

I rarely shope online there anylonger because of this and have switched to Amazon, or make the order so large that it has to be shipped.
