tried the KA sheet noodle attachment

I tried the attachment that cuts noodles from the veggie sheet cutter attachment for the KA mixer---and it worked great !! I used a sweet potatoe. The  noodles were thick and wide like fettucini pasta. I tossed them in olive oil, added some brown sugar, cinnamon and a little seasoning salt and roasted them in my Breville with the convection on. They were fabulous ! In fact, DD and I put them on our burgers and ----WOW---- so good !! Will try spuds and zucchini next. WAs easy to use too.
