@Group 5 minus 1 .... it is my understanding that QVC does not accept returns of food items ... call CS & they will make an adjustment to your account.

Returning food items would be a health hazard. I'm sure CS will tell you they do not accept returns of food. Personally I have never ordered food from any shopping channel because I am a very picky eater.

You don't have to return food items.  QVC will just credit your account.

They will not accept food returns.  If you call customer service will tell you on the phone not to return it and they refund your account.

Why does every person have to repeat the same information?

I e-mailed customer service today and got a credit on a recent food purchase.  (The Rastelli TSV steaks.  They were awful.)

one of the best things about trying food on qvc. you can prepare the entire box if you want and if the food does not meet your expectations, it costs you absolutely nothing.

No--no one accepts returned food---they will credit your account. Have done this maybe 4 times---I am a slow learner, ;-)  I don't order any food anymore.
