range mate for the microwave

Got mine in the mail yesterday but when I go on line I cant find the additional recipes. Did anyone download them or can you tell me where to go on the web site?

This is a link to the original rectangular range mate manual and recipe booklet, it has more information in it and different recipes than what came with this recent one.

Many say to preheat the grill though and don't specify to add oil or water to it which the instructions say not to do. Does the cooking spray they recommend brown better than a misting of olive oil?
