~ question about freezing food ~

Hi all ..... whenever we're due for bad weather, I freeze some skim milk, because there's no fat in it and it freezes well. My question is .... have any of you ever frozen half and half? I have a feeling you can't without it getting clumpy and nasty, but I was wondering.

Due to get the hurricane this weekend (that's after that earthquake yesterday we had) and I wanted to freeze milk and possibly half and half if I could.
