non-stick insert for brownie pans

I was wondering if either technology or cook's essencial could come up with a non-stick brownie pan with the insert that make individual brownies. I do not own a dishwasher and the insert is a bear to clean even after soaking. Also maybe a bigger pan. Thank you for your time
