I would like know how used the stream roast I tried it and It was to hot I put pot. and onion in the botton under the rack with the meat it keeps  boiling and the pot and onion cook to fast and was like mush   can you help me I call the ninja company but no help

I have the 5/1 and I believe you have to sear the meat then place it on the wire rack and place liquid on bottom. It does get very hot but the steam is what is cooking it to temp. I hope that helps. i only did meats with steam.
