need help with solofill cups

i've been wanting to get a solofill cup for my keurig. well i got one and it's not working. i don't know if i'm doing something wrong or if it just doesn't work. i looked on their website and it shows that it is compatible with the model that i have. when i put it in the holder the top doesn't shut all the way down so it doesn't brew. has anyone else had this issue or am i doing something wrong. i have the b70 model. i figured i will call them if i can't figure it out soon, but thought i would check here first.
