I purchased a Breville oven a few years ago for this very reason. I got the largest one and love it! It holds a 9x13 lasagane pan and has two racks. BBB carry this line and when you have a coupon it makes a great deal! QVC has it in inventory as well and sometimes on easy pay.   I use mine for baking pies and extra room for holiday meals. I love the convection feature and the the knob system on the oven. It works great!!!

Unfortunately you cannot use the BBB coupons on the Breville.  I tried every way in the world to get some kind of discount on mine (I'm pretty good at finding them), but never did so I bit the bullet and p a I'd full price.

I've had mine since late last winter and haven't had my big oven on during that time.  I use the Breville every meal...have used it 2X today.  I keep it on a rolling cart.  Get rid of your toaster because it makes the most perfect toast imaginable.

I know this has come up in many posts but I dont really know how to filter and find those.  So please bear with me.  I am planning on having a large Thanksgiving dinner with many friends.  My turkey normally goes into the oven so it can cook golden brown.  But this year I want to try to make more oven type casseroles than I normally do.  I think I need some sort of "second" oven so I can bake these.  None of these can be baked ahead of time then reheated.  My oven is not big, and usually will fit only my 20 to 24 pound turkey.  I need additional oven room for about 3 maybe 4 casserole dishes.  Think the old Corningware type casserole dish size.  This year my friends either can't travel to family or don't have their own ways to cook.  I can only think of a countertop type oven.  Do you have any suggestions?

We have a Hamilton Beach large counter top oven.

It can bake and broil, and has a convection setting, and can also be used as a rotisserie oven, too. It also comes with two shelves in it, so that you can put some smaller baking pans in it on each shelf, to bake in it at the same time if you want to.

It is not a digital oven, but has knobs on it that you can turn to set it. It has been a great oven for us.

You can pick it up on sale, usually around the holidays, at a really good sale price.

Thank you all for your ideas.  I have been looking at the Breville and the Cuisinart.   The additional dishes I want to make are definitely baked ones.  Perhaps if I make them once prior to Thanksgiving I will be able to tell if a slow cooker will work.  We all have picked and pulled receipes for years and now its time to make a few of them.  Probably won't be a true Thanksgiving dinner, but we will have lots of food and friends.  They are just so pricey though and I am not sure how much I would use it or where to store it when not in use.  I don't have much counter space.  I have a lot of thinking to do.  Thank you.
