Has anyone that purchased this found it to make a tastier cup of? I like the conveince of pods but I do like strong coffee. I had to return the last Keurig I bought 2-3 years ago and purchased a space saving off brand from amazon that is decent. I am always in pursuit of the best cup. Just wondered if the extra piercings make a difference.

I was hoping there would be some answers as i wondered the same thing!  I guess one could check reviews on a machine that you know has that feature.

I have a Keurig Supreme   It does have strength and temperature adjustment buttons. I can't say that the extra piercings make the coffee taste better.  I think the brand of pod would make more of a difference in that regard.

TY  for your replies. I have read many reviews from several sites and as usual there is a wide range. They are pricey. I am willing to pay for a tasty ,strong brew. Pods do make a bit of a difference. I had small Keurig when they first came on the market and it lasted a long time. Then awhile ago tried the mini that only worked 2 days then Keurig sent another and the same result. This new multistream sounds like a great idea . I am cautious though. I want great tasting quick cup with some aroma &taste.

We got a multi stream Keurig last year from Costco (only $99.99!!). It gives a fanstastic cup of coffee!! We certainly won't be without one now!

I appreciate everyone's comments. Well I pushed the send it to me button at Amazon . I bought the Keurig supreme (not Supreme +) About the only difference I found in the 2 was the 4 oz setting on the Supreme + & that you can use wifi /phone with it -- not important to me. I had some account points on the Amazon card so I got it less than $159.

So far I am quite happy with it.Good hot, strong ,quick & easy coffee  (OK crosses her fingers.) Makes hot /strong coffee. I was worried , as I had such bad experiences with the mini. Keurig and QVC did make good on them .

@okaywitheasypay  In my opinion, yes, it makes a difference. I find Kerrigan coffee just meh, even so. And I love my Nespresso. The machine (yes, there are many piercings--who do you think Keurig is imitating?) brews coffee and makes espresso with thick crema and rich flavor. And the company sends out free pouches so you can return the Vertuo capsules to them for reuse. Costs more than keurig, but for a coffee lover it's the best.

We just bought a Keurig K-duo single serve and carafe coffee maker, we put our own sams club dark roast ground coffee in it, highly recommended.  You don't have to use the pods. We bought the single serve adapter for adding your own grounds from Keuring dot com.

I have had one of these for about 4 months.  The only good thing is you can make your coffee as hot as you like.  Other than that, I see no difference with this.  I do notice that the multi-stream lets more coffee grounds in your cup.  I do not think it is worth the hoopla.

We have now had 2 k-duo plus coffee makers.   After 10 months they stop working right.   It is something with the water tank,  try to make a full pot and it doesn't use enough water.   Its a great product if they would fix this flaw.
