I have to cook with a recipe- I usually can't stand what I come up with when I ""wing it."" I will try to keep this cookbook in mind.

I received this today from Amazon, I have only looked through it, so far I'm very impressed, there is not a photo of every recipe, I'm fine with that. The authors cover a wide variety from easy to more complex, they shy away from much salt, canned soup and dry mixes. They seem to strive to use easy to find ingredients, esp. fresh, no hard to find speciality shopping. I am anxious to try some of the recipes out. I love slow cooking and always have a soft spot for a new cookbook using this appliance.

BTW, you don't need a Kindle - just the Kindle app for your tablet, phone, or computer.
