lactaid lactose free

Can lactaid milk be substituted for regular milk in cooking and baking? No soy milk for me-breast cancer survivor.

I believe it can - it is after all just regular milk with lactose removed. Also, according to the FAQ on Lactaid's website, it "absolutely" can be used for cooking and baking.

still milk. I do it all the time. You can use the. Milk and take a lactaid free pill.
