I don't. Maybe an omelette once in awhile.

It's really good. DH makes the bacon on the Pit Boss.
I forgot to say I always heat the syrup up. I think I use a lot less syrup dipping it instead of pouring it all over.

I like eggs cooked any way you can think of.
I make eggs Benedict with lump crab meat or Canadian bacon on gluten free bread...yumm
Scrambled edges with cream cheese and salmon is delicious.
I love " Dottie" sandwiches. Eggs scrambled with onions in butter on toasted bread with Mayo....a real favorite.
Over easy or cooked hard, boiled or fried, pickled in red beet juice or deviled are all ways I enjoy them.
I guess I never met a egg I wouldn't eat and didn't enjoy.

I do too!
Also, breakfast for dinner is one of my favorites.
I'm salivating - that looks delish! ![]()

Over easy for me too! Sometimes on a pile of buttery, cheesy grits! (I'm a Southern girl, LOL!
Other times it's just a couple of over easy eggs and 2 pieces of toast!

1. Omelet with differing ingredients added, only Texas Pete on top.
2. Egg cooked through with slice of onion and no runny yellow or white, then topped on half an everything bagel or hunk of artisan sourdough french bread.

scrambled cooked well through, hard boiled, ocassionally fried but then very very well cooked. I've been eating scrambled lately for dinners but cooked like my version of egg foo young without the sauce (sauteed crunchy, shredded veggies added while cooking like an veggie omelette)

soft boiled and soldier toast

I like a hard poached egg - no runny yolks. That's how I always had them growing up and my sweet mother indulged me and cooked them that way. When I was on my own, I assumed that's the way everyone ate their eggs (yes, I was somewhat sheltered!). When I got married the 2nd time, I made eggs for breakfast one of those first weekends in our marriage. My sweet new hubby looked at those eggs and said "Did you take the yolk out of these eggs for some reason? Nothing left but some rubbery looking thang"! LOL.

Poached on toast usually. But really any way is fine.
