how can we trust reviews?

I was just notified that QVC rejected my review of K24632 ... nonstick frypans.

Mine clearly were not 'non-stick' ... and I said I didn't know if it was a bad batch or quality control issue, but the eggs and french toast stuck to the pan .. as did my poached egg.

This is the first review I've had rejected, but then again, I usually write positive ones.

Nonetheless, I am going to be much more skeptical over reviews in the future.
