how are juniors cheesecakes fresh ?

I want to order one but wonder about the freshness. My cake would be going to Mass. I wonder if it would be good traveling from Brooklyn to Pa. to Mass. I know they are frozen but frozen When? It's not like it's Christmastime. Thank you.
