help with antipastp salad

hi ladies, I value all the information and recipes found on this board so I am coming here for help! Going to Italian themed potluck this week and was asked to bring salad. Does anyone have ideas on making an antipasto platter or a chopped antipasto salad? TIA and hope you're all enjoying the weekend.
