I need a new refrigerator, would you recommend ordering one from qvc ? TIA

Is there a reason you would choose QVC over the other stores? I just never consider them for large, expensive purchases. Especially if you have problems, it would be better to purchase locally.

No. I would never buy something like that from Q. What a major headache if there is a problem. Where I live the only choice we have is to buy from Sears or Lowes but at least it's local if we have a problem. Can you not find what you want or need where you live? Good Luck finding your new refrigerator.

I did not even know that QVC sold refrigerators. The last time that I ordered appliances. I ordered online from Sears. This was of course about 12 years ago. What I like the most about it was that you were able to narrow it by cost (your budget) and then receive a ton of options. I placed the order and even set up the delivery date on-line. It was pretty effortless. I purchased my Refrigerator, Wash Machine, and Dryer in the manner.

Did you know you can order online from Lowe's and Home Depot? At least HP, don't know about Lowe's, belongs to Mr. Rebates so you can get a nice refund.

Given what it costs to ship an item of clothing, I can't IMAGINE what QVC's shipping & handling would be on something heavy like a refrigerator. Yikes!

Shipping and handling is only $150.00 on a refrigerator. I wouldn't order one.

It's hard to imagine that QVC would be competitive, price-wise, for something like this. If I knew the exact model I wanted and found that QVC had the best price - I don't know. I think I probably still wouldn't.

Maybe if I weren't in a hurry or anything because I imagine their freighting is probably slower than most, since this is not one of their really targeted areas like it would be with a company like Sears or Home Depot, etc.

Thanks everyone, good advise. I think I'll check out sears or something. I shop at Costco a lot so want something big, but needs to fit small space. Lol, I need a tardis refrigerator.

Here in Southern California, Home Depot has the lowest price whem compare to SEARS, LOWES, and other name brand stores. You may also want to look a store sells such products where it has a little dings, etc., but still brand new. In San Diego, such store is AZTEC located at the heart of downtown.
