I love my crock pot and pressure cooker. I also have a Le Creuset set DH got me as a wedding present (along with jewelry! ). I love to cook and I wish I could use my beautiful stovetop and oven cookware all of the time. But the reality is I can't. I'm usually dashing in the door for a few short hours before I have to dash out again. I rely on my time saving appliances a lot. Those of you who can stay home and take the time to think about what you're preparing then enjoy preparing your food every day are really lucky. I'm not one of you right now!

I don't have Le Creuset, mine is a Staub. I think the cast iron cookware imparts such a better flavor than regular pan, pressure cooker etc. and I have all of them with the exception of the Ninja. I have thought many times about acquiring one and the Mrs. has said more than once....just order one!! But I like the enameled cookware! I can do beef, pork and poultry in the cast iron and always with good results.
