My fudge recipe calls for milk and sugar brought to boil then stirred on medium for 10 minutes. Then I add the vanilla and peanut butter (off the heat) and margarine. Then you pour it into the pan and let set. I don't really like fudge but I tasted of this and it seemed a little gritty to me. Everyone else says it is really good but does anyone have this problem? Thanks for any help.
