getting in touch with lock and lock

finally hung up. on hold for 40 minutes. called 1-800-608-9788 and said this was the new jersey lock and lock.

first time I had a container break on me. crack down the side and not even sure they make the raspberry anymore. will try again later

anyone else ever have such a long wait time
