food processor - is a 7 cup enough for two?

I have a KitchenAid 12 cup but rarely use it. PIA to take out, clean, put away... We have a weekend place in the country and spend holidays there, I also enjoy cooking there more. Thinking of a Cuisinart 7cup food processor I saw on Amazon for a great price - would it be enough for two people? I'd mostly make pie crusts, shredding veggies maybe, nothing major. Thanks in advance! I really appreciate the advice.
