The company expected is redman11 and his family, so we are all Greek and will definitely enjoy this Greek menu and each others company.

tonight will be a nice relaxing Friday night with delicious food and treasured friends.

starting off with various tasty Greek appetizers of fried meat balls, fried flaming kasseri greek cheese, and meat with rice stuffed rolled by hand grape leaves.

Greek villagers salad with feta cheese and kalamata olives.

i baked a delicious Greek bread earlier today which i will serve sliced in a decorative bread basket.

wine will be both red and white Greek imported wines.

dessert is my home made Greek Baklava, but with a grated pistachio topping in the filling instead of the traditional chopped walnuts, and the topping is also drizzled on the baklava when it is assembled before it is placed in the oven and baked.

i was just in the mood for pistachio's and baklava today, and of course with my baklava i will be serving the traditional sweet Greek Coffee.
