Hey foodies,

I'm new to discussions. I have a couple of questions.

My first question has to do with one of David's recipes. I bought David's book and want to make the coconut cake. I live in rural PA and can't find coconut cream. I am not really sure what it is and as I said I can't find anything. I'm guessing it's like a lemon curd but with coconut. I can't find it anywhere here in any of the grocery stores. Any ideas?

My second question is I have the kitchen aid food processor and can't find any recipes. The book doesn't have any. I remember she made quite a few things with it on the show. What's the best way to make pie crust with it? Am I better off just making it by hand. If you use the processor does it still come out flaky?
